Dalton's Animoto

Process 
The Process in making my video was rather easy. I used Animoto and followed the steps given on moodle. I first chose a random theme, which was. Then I added photos to my video, gave them transitions, and did some editing.

Purpose The purpose was to use another different program for making videos. We need to have expexperience with multiple programs for the future.

I most likely will not use this program in the future unless I have to.

Zoo

 I created the Zoo Movie by using the program "Photostory". After the work was done on Photostory, the movie was uploaded to Youtube. I used Images of snakes. I enhanced the slides with transitions, cropping of  the photos, and music. I created the music on photostory, and I just randomly clicked on a mix of instruments.



We used Photostory to make this movie because we were trying different movie making applications and this one worked best for this project. Photostory is unique because you can create your own music to go along with the movie. Yes, it was fairly easy to use. The purpose of putting a Zoo Page on Snowed Inn is that a lot of children, or adults, enjoy observing animals. The appeal my movie has on the visitors depends on whether they like snakes or not. 


What worked well for this assignment?  What didn't work well?  How would you do it differently?  What other elements could be added to this web page to enhance the content?  Could you create this again, faster and easier?  Why?   Could you train a novice to make this movie?


It worked well because Photostory was easy to use. What didn't work well, finding photo's. If i would have had a little more time i could have edited some things a little sharper. Other elements that could have been added to the web page is Colorful text. Yes, I could create this again faster and easier because im now more familiar with Photostory. Yes i could train a novice to make the movie, i had to train Ian, so...

Amenities

To make this project, I used Microsoft Powerpoint. I used clip art from Powerpoint for images.To enhance my slides i used transitions and music. I got the music from the Global Folder, and I chose the song because i felt that it fit the mood i was trying to portray in my powerpoint. My powerpoint had a calm and relaxing mood for the viewers. I used warm colors because if i was in a hotel called "Snowed Inn" i would want to feel as warm as possible. Could i create this faster and easier? Yes. I could train a novice to make this movie as well.
