1. Podcasting is pretty much a blog with audio that informs you about different information.

2. Subscribing is the same as 'Liking" a page on Facebook, you get notifications about the podcast you subscribe too.

It's easy to find and subscribe to a blog, you search the topic you're interested in subscribing too and you simply  click the "Subscribe" button.
