Amenities
Process: I made my Amenities page through Microsoft Power Point. First, I had to add images that matched my amenities & text that explained the pictures a little better. I used images like the cafe, the restaurant, the bar, etc. I had to add a pretty background. I had to add transitions & animations to make the power point more interesting to watch. I put music on the power point as well. I chose nice, relaxing music because I thought it was appropriate for the Snowed Inn hotel!
Purpose: I used Microsoft Power Point because it was an easy & quick tool to use. It's very easy to insert pictures, music, backgrounds, transitions and everything else. The purpose was to show our visitors the opportunities they have at our hotel! My movie was calm & relaxing. It has appeal of a great place to stay & a place to be relaxed.
Possibilities: I think pretty fonts, big words that are to the point, & nice pictures worked well for this assignment. Small fonts, paragraphs, & small pictures didn't work as well. If I could have done it differently I would have put upbeat music, just to make things a little bit more interesting. Although, I did like the relaxed feel. I think I could create it again much faster & much easier because I've already done it once and know what I'm doing now. Yes, I think I could train someone to do it.
